In 2008 I embarked on this blogging journey. At the time I was a mother of four children, aspiring author, certified group fitness instructor, and enthusiastic runner. Now the kids are grown, the books have been published, and Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy (ARVC or ACM) has eliminated the group fitness classes and running from my routine. In 2023 I received my miracle heart transplant from my hero donor, Ella.
